Malia Manuel Becomes Youngest U.S. Open Surfing Champ

Malia Manuel, a 14-year-old from Wailua, Kaua’i, became the youngest rider in history to win the U.S. Open of Surfing in Huntington, Beach, Calif., Saturday.
